From July 10–11, leaders from government, finance, and industry gathered in Rome for the Ukraine Recovery Conference, focusing on urgent reconstruction needs across the country. Delegates from Ukrainian regions, development agencies, and private-sector partners discussed the real on-the-ground challenges created by the war and the long-term partnerships required to address them.
Meetings with regional governors, international companies, and senior Ukrainian officials provided valuable insight into the nation’s rebuilding priorities. The conference concluded with a shared understanding: Ukraine’s recovery is not only a construction effort, but a moral responsibility to help communities rebuild with dignity and resilience.
SKF Global joined international partners in Warsaw for the 5th ReBuild Ukraine: Construction & Energy Conference, a key platform advancing Ukraine’s reconstruction and sustainable development. The event brought together global stakeholders focused on infrastructure rebuilding, energy resilience, and international financing for local communities.
This month also marked the opening of SKF Global’s Kyiv office, further strengthening our on-the-ground presence and commitment to Ukraine’s recovery. Ahead of the conference, our team participated in the pre-event reception on circular economy solutions for construction and energy.
ReBuild Ukraine continues to connect Ukrainian regions with global investors, development agencies, and energy experts, fostering partnerships that support long-term recovery.
The SKF Global team visited Ukraine to meet with mayors, settlement leaders, and regional administrations across multiple oblasts. The visit focused on deepening cooperation, understanding reconstruction priorities, and advancing ongoing partnerships formed earlier this year.
SKF Global remains committed to supporting Ukraine’s rebuilding efforts through construction collaboration, trade facilitation, and the mobilization of U.S.-made products backed by international and U.S. financing mechanisms. During meetings in Kyiv and surrounding regions, the team witnessed the strong determination of local communities to rebuild resilient infrastructure and cities.
SKF Global will continue working to connect public institutions, international partners, and private-sector stakeholders to support Ukraine’s reconstruction and long-term recovery.
