Our History
SKF Global Holding was established as a multi disciplinary company serving developing markets. What began with electrical systems and engineering with SKF Electric in United States, has grown into a broader portfolio including construction and development, cross-border procurement, and strategic project facilitation across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Our journey reflects a commitment to adaptability, regional expertise, and building meaningful partnerships across markets.

Faik KAHYAOĞLU
Founder & President
Faik Kahyaoğlu is the Founder and President of SKF Global Holding, bringing over three decades of engineering, infrastructure, and international development experience. A Boğaziçi University graduate, he has led projects across Türkiye and the United States, growing the “SKF” brand from an engineering firm into a global company delivering energy, construction, trade, and procurement solutions across multiple regions.
Beşir Kemal USTAOĞLU
Vice President
Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu is a leader with more than three decades of experience in infrastructure, leadership education, and international project development. A Boğaziçi University and Harvard Business School alumnus, he’s founded multiple ventures, advanced innovative urban systems in Türkiye, and contributed to leadership training programs for top institutions. At SKF Global, he oversees strategic partnerships and regional development initiatives across Türkiye, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the United States.
