In early June 2026, SKF Global Holding President Mr. Faik Kahyaoğlu and Vice President Mr. Beşir Kemal Ustaoğlu visited the company’s Kyiv office to explore opportunities for the development of affordable housing projects in Ukraine.
During their visit, the SKF Global team held meetings with representatives of the Ukrainian housing and development sector, including Expandia Ukraine and the Ukrainian Financial Housing Company (UFHC), and conducted market research focused on the affordable housing sector.
The visit provided an opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the Ukrainian housing market, including land opportunities, local market conditions, development needs and potential partnerships. Meetings and field visits helped the team better understand the practical challenges and opportunities associated with developing affordable housing projects in Ukraine.
The visit forms part of SKF Global Holding’s ongoing efforts to study the Ukrainian market and identify viable opportunities for affordable and sustainable housing solutions, particularly in the context of the country’s recovery and growing housing needs.
